Q. What’s new for 2025 and beyond?


A. This year is a milestone for us. On September 1, 2025, we officially launched operations in the UAE, starting with Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It’s a natural next step given the volume of UK travellers heading to the Middle East. Closer to home, we are strengthening partnerships with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients. Agents can now integrate our services directly into their packages.
We’re also investing in voice and AI search optimisation, making it easier than ever for customers to book through smart assistants and apps.
