Leah Marshall marks 30 years representing Sandals and Beaches

Leah Marshall has celebrated 30 years with Unique Vacations UK Ltd – an affiliate of the worldwide sales and marketing representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts.

She joined the company as sales manager and has worked her way up to become sales director, managing a team of five business development managers at Unique Vacations UK, and an in-house UK agency sales division. 

Marshall was also instrumental in the 2017 implementation of Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd (UCHL), the UK in-house tour operator for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.

Karl Thompson, managing director of Unique Vacations UK and UCHL, said: “Leah has shown incredible leadership, keeping Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts top of mind across the UK travel trade community.

“Through Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd, she’s built strong commercial relationships and secured major retail partnerships, driving growth.

“Her passion and professionalism make her an invaluable leader – thank you, Leah, and congratulations.”

Her colleagues helped to celebrate her 30-year achievement together in the company’s new office space, in St James’s Park, London.

Marshall said: “I am delighted to be celebrating 30-years at Unique Vacations UK Ltd. We have a fantastic team that I get to work with every day, and I feel lucky to say that some of the brilliant colleagues across the travel industry are also friends.

“For me, selling holidays to the dream Caribbean destinations that Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts operate in is a real passion, and I am lucky enough to get to do that for a living. I look forward to spending many more years in the business.”
