Twinning luxury with authentic experiences, this nine-day trip is an immersive exploration of Costa Rica’s wildernesses and culture. Experiences include birdwatching in the cloud forests of Bajos del Toro; helping local families in Caño Negro through conservation activities such as supporting jaguar corridors; and taking a dip in the volcanic hot springs of Bagaces. This trip – fusing farm-to-table cuisine, sustainable practices and wild encounters – will bring clients closer to Costa Rica’s nature and people.

This nine-day adventure takes clients on a journey through Japan’s history, timeless traditions and abundant nature. They’ll visit the Fushimi Inari Taisha Shinto shrine and Hiroshima’s Peace Forest, take a guided hike from Nagiso to Tsumago and try their hand at the centuries-old art of kintsugi (repairing broken pottery) at a workshop. As part of The Signature Collection’s Signature Stays, clients will bed down at a Koyasan Temple, where they’ll adopt the monks’ diet and emphasis on mindfulness and sustainability in food consumption.

This itinerary weaves together the north African country’s rich culture, dramatic landscapes and warm hospitality. The experiences on offer include the chance to explore the dunes of the Erg Chebbi Desert, scoot around Marrakech in vintage sidecars, cook a meal with a Berber family and spend time in women’s cooperatives. The Signature Stays element of the trip will involve travellers spending the night in luxurious riads, desert camps (pictured) and boutique mountain lodges.
