Jet2holidays has released a ‘Ready for Take Off’ campaign for peaks to support independent agents.
An online marketing toolkit has been designed in consultation with senior colleagues and sector experts from across Jet2 as a dedicated landing page with expert guidance and practical tips across key areas of marketing such as social media, SEO and email.
Each tip has been tailored to enable agency partners to apply best practices to their own marketing, and attract more customers during peaks, according to the operator.
The dedicated toolkit can be accessed through the Jet2holidays trade website.
The hub will also “challenge common misconceptions” through myth busting facts.
Jet2holidays’ trade team will be visiting partners throughout peaks to deliver ‘Take Off Training’, with sessions planned from January to March.
Multiple competitions will be run to support and engage travel agents throughout peaks.
The first - Win a Jet2holidays Co-Pilot for a Day - launches today (Thursday) and gives partners the chance to receive support from a member of Jet2holidays’ trade team on payday Fridays throughout peaks, helping to drive bookings.
The trade team will be sharing carousels featuring photos of their time as a travel agent and to enter, partners just need to follow, like or tag their team in the comments before December 18 for a chance to win.
Further details about the remaining competitions are due to be released on December 22, 24 and February 3.
The ‘Ready for Take Off’ campaign comes 24 hours after the operator detailed holidays to two new destinations in Egypt from February 2027.
Travel agent relationships director Alan Cross said: “We are going further than ever to ensure that our agency partners are doing all they can to boost bookings this peaks.
