Tui Group is adding four hotels to its European portfolio for spring 2026.
Tui Blue Pardu in Italy and Tui Blue Yaramar in Spain are scheduled to open in May, while Tui Blue Maviss in Turkey is slated for an April opening and Akra Didim, to be managed through a joint venture with Akra Hotels, is expected to open on the Turkish Aegean coast in April 2026.
Tui Group chief strategy officer Peter Krueger said: “These new hotels in three of our guests’ favourite destinations are a welcome enhancement to our portfolio.”
Tui Blue Pardu, which will be a newly constructed resort in Sardinia, will have 145 rooms.
The other new-build properties, Tui Blue Maviss in Belek and Akra Didim Resort & Spa, will have 499 and 359 respectively.
Adult-only Tui Blue Yaramar on the Costa del Sol will have 225 rooms. The property is undergoing refurbishment.
Krueger said: “While Tui Group continues to pursue dynamic growth in long-haul markets such as Asia, Africa and the Americas, where we are actively targeting new customer segments, Europe remains a key pillar of our business.
“With a loyal guest base and enduring appeal, we are committed to growing our differentiated product offering across the region.”
The opening of Akra Didim Resort & Spa will represent Tui Group’s expansion into a new area of Turkey, he added, with the existing 25 hotels divided between the Antalya and Dalaman areas.
The new property is expected to generate strong demand from both the Turkish market and European markets, he said.
Tui hotels have welcomed “fantastic” demand globally over the past year, he added.
“Last year, on the hotel side, we had record profit and if you look at our Q3 numbers we were again on record levels,” he said. “The hotel business is running at record levels.”
