A new food and gastronomy collection has been released by Tui.
Nine destinations known for their culinary expertise feature, including Greece, Spain and Mexico.
The Dine & Discover initiative follows research by the operator among 1,000 people showing that 39% prioritise eating out in local restaurants at home, with 41% inclined to book a ‘foodie focused’ holiday.
The programme covers 20 premium hotels, each renowned for their exceptional food and drink.
The hotels will also offer their own bespoke food and drink feature, such as free cookery lessons or cocktail mixology classes.
The hotel experiences will be automatically applied to summer 2026 holidays departing after May 1.
Holidaymakers also receive a 15% discount on a local food and gastronomy experience provided by Tui’s experiences arm, Tui Musement.
Tui UK & Ireland commercial director Chris Logan said: “We’re proud to be launching our Dine & Discover collection which has been curated with our customers’ needs in mind.
“Sampling local cuisine is one of the most immersive ways to experience a destination’s culture and with a growing trend in taste tourism, this new label has all the ingredients for customers to enjoy a premium culinary focused holiday.”
