Registration takes only 30 seconds on the PaxRide website and with just a few clicks, agents can book any type of transfer in 180 countries, from big cities such as London, Paris and Singapore to hard-to-reach locations not every typical provider can offer.

 

Q. Why does the transfers market need to change?

 

We started out operating transfers during ski seasons in the Alps and recognised a major problem across the entire ground transfer industry. The market loses $10 billion a year due to its rigidity, outdated technology and lack of visibility or real-time support.

 

Q. How is PaxRide helping to change things?

 

Every transfer on our platform is tracked by our system and double‑checked by our in-house dispatch team. We monitor bookings 24 hours before pick-up – always knowing which vehicle will arrive, where it is and who the driver will be. That’s why we have a 0.5% no-show rate. If a driver becomes unavailable, our dispatch team will quickly book another. If they can’t we’ll offer a full refund for no-shows.
