Paul Robson-Truong, founder of Leeds-based PR Travel Limited and an Independent Travel Associate (ITA) of Inspire, will take his team of two to Thailand on a fam trip next April.
He will travel with his colleagues Toni Johnson and Bev Jones, as they have helped drive PR Travel’s “impressive sales performance and exceptional customer service”, he said.
The trip to Phuket and Khao Lak aims to be an educational opportunity and a “gesture of appreciation for the team’s outstanding commitment and contribution to the business’s success”.
The trip has been organised in partnership with tour operator Mainstreet, which Robson-Truong said has provided exceptional support throughout the planning process.

“Mainstreet have been fantastic in helping us put together this 10-night experience,” he said.
“Nicola Foulds, reservation agent for Mainstreet, and Mainstreet’s CEO Stuart Lee have been so supportive in getting this organised.
“Their expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable, and this is exactly why we love nothing more than to support their business also.
“This journey will be particularly special for several reasons. Primarily, it will give all of us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Thailand’s rich culture, stunning landscapes and world-class hospitality, and gain knowledge that will be invaluable when crafting perfect holidays for our clients.”
It is also a thank you to his “incredible team”, he added.
“The dedication, hard work and passion they bring to PR Travel every single day has a huge impact on our sales and, more importantly, on the experiences we create for our customers,” he said.
“They deserve this recognition and this opportunity to explore Thailand together.”
Lisa Henning, Inspire chief executive, said: “It been an amazing year for PR Travel when they have grown their business significantly and, in the process, won so many awards.
“It’s so heartwarming that Paul wants to recognise the efforts of this team in this way, and I am sure that the trip will be a resounding success for all.”
PR Travel Limited joined Inspire in November 2024 as an Independent Travel Associate (ITA) and is now one of the company’s top-performing homeworking businesses.
