Independent Travel Experts (ITE) is part of The Travel Network Group, giving you and your customers 100% financial protection. You will have the freedom to drive forward your own business yet have the security of one of the UK’s most successful travel companies to turn to should you need it.

We look for a minimum two years’ travel industry sales experience for new joiners to the ITE family but are flexible for those who demonstrate the necessary drive and enthusiasm. Whether you are new to homeworking or already have an established homeworking business, we will assist in developing existing and new skills to maximise your earning potential.

We offer a bespoke induction and ongoing training and with zero joining fees and a monthly fee of just £43, it’s excellent value. Your starting commission is 61% with tiered targets in place to increase this as your sales revenue grows. It’s paid after departure unless you choose the 50% upfront commission option.

Flexible working and support

We offer total flexibility – you choose the hours you work with no minimum requirement. There are no sales targets or credit card fees (T&Cs apply). We have industry-leading mobile-responsive CRM and back-office systems, comprehensive sales and administration support and a 24-hour emergency service for you and your customers.

We offer a bespoke personal development programme and have an ITE Facebook team page, enabling our homeworkers to interact and share ideas and weekly webinars and training sessions from us and our suppliers. Our marketing portal gives you the materials you require to promote your business via social media and help you network locally.

You’ll get a personal profile on the ITE website with your direct contact details and URL to generate additional leads. We also offer PR support to raise the profile of you and your business in your local area, and a recognition and rewards package including conferences and incentive payments. Agents choose to work with us because they feel motivated, supported and valued.
