Travel-pa is an independent, non-directional franchise offering our homeworkers a wealth of supplier product.

With multiple tour operator agreements, numerous bed banks that we use for dynamic packaging, access to local DMCs and direct hotel rates provided by our contracting arm, your choice is second to none.

You can earn a massive 70% commission from day one and we do not charge monthly fees (subject to minimum earnings of £600 per month). You can also take advantage of booking incentives and fam trips.

We have no minimum hours of work or annual leave blackout dates – it’s your business, meaning you can put in as much or as little as you like.

The latest initiative from Travel-pa is mytravelhub.co.uk, a site where homeworkers can generate leads and share testimonials and videos via their social media sites to boost sales.

Training and tech

We run our own training academy for both experienced and non-experienced recruits and operate an online training portal with a 200-page manual, providing you with practical and marketing knowledge.

The course is delivered by trainers who were previously homeworkers, and you’ll be paired with them for two months to benefit from their unrivalled support.

Our tech package features a purpose-built intranet system, CRM and offer sharing, along with instant payment links, industry-renowned Traveltek cruise search, multi-XML hotel searches and our own in-house flight booking tools.

We love to travel too, and in May, 10 of our top Travel-pa agents were hosted by Westin and W hotels in Costa Navarino, Greece, which feature fabulous golfing and spa facilities and opulent accommodation. We’re also aiming to hold our conference in Ras Al Khaimah towards the end of the year.
