CV Villas has introduced Montenegro as the first new destination to be added to its portfolio in five years.
A total of 14 premium villas across Budva and Boka Bay are available for bookings from this summer.
CV Villas business development executive Lucy Gwinnell said: “The addition of Montenegro, our first destination launch in five years, is very exciting and highly anticipated following a surge in Montenegro requests from tour operators and agents, as it continues to be an up-and-coming summer hotspot.”
The five-bedroom Villa Aurea, in Budva, available for up to 10 guests, features a private rooftop terrace with 360-degree sea views, a private spa with sauna and hammam, and a heated indoor pool, with prices starting at £14,379 for seven nights.
Villa Radiance, in Boka Bay, costing from £8,354 for seven nights, offers five bedrooms and seven bathrooms as part of an open-plan layout, while the exterior features “beautifully landscaped gardens” and spaces for entertaining.
Gwinnell added: “A trip with the team to the destination earlier this year to handpick the properties within the new portfolio ignited my passion for this Balkan beauty.
“I anticipate our new estate in Budva will be a popular one with agents and their clients, featuring four gorgeous villas and all offering sea views, a complimentary beach shuttle and a spa experience for minimum stays of seven nights.”
Before Montenegro, the last destination to be introduced was Sri Lanka in November 2020.
