Advantage Travel Partnership members will gain access to specially negotiated rates at more than 600 Travelodge hotels across the UK.
The trade distribution deal with the budget chain comes as Travelodge joins the Advantage global accommodation programme.
The agreement is being hailed as marking an “important milestone” in the continued expansion of the agency consortium’s accommodation offering.
The addition of Travelodge “significantly enhances” this portfolio, offering members even greater choice across the UK, according to Advantage.
The global accommodation programme already provides members with access to more than 45,000 properties worldwide via GDS, and includes bedbanks, serviced apartments and independent hotel groups.
Travelodge partnership acquisition director Mark Wilkinson said: “Joining Advantage’s global accommodation programme opens up exciting opportunities for us to work more closely with Advantage members.
"This partnership ensures that Advantage members can benefit from access to our nationwide network of great value, well-located hotels, ensuring their customers enjoy greater choice.”
Advantage global business travel managing director Andrea Caulfield-Smith said: “We are thrilled to welcome Travelodge into our global accommodation programme.
“Travelodge’s extensive footprint across the UK makes it an invaluable partner for our members.
“Its inclusion directly supports our ‘Single Stop Solution’, ensuring our members can deliver the right hotel at the right price, every time.
“This is about giving our members the scale and value they need to remain competitive while offering outstanding service to their clients.”
