InteleTravel has appointed Alex Brown to the newly created role of training manager to "further enhance our impressive training agenda".
Brown will implement and drive the training strategy for the homeworking agency’s advisors, reporting into UK and Ireland managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes.
He joins from Great Little Breaks parent Hotelshop, where he was a customer service agent.
A spokesperson for InteleTravel said the agency’s training for advisors is "among the most comprehensive in the industry with an intense range of virtual and live events", which are run by InteleTravel management and ambassadors.
“We are delighted to welcome Alex on board to complement and enhance the delivery of our training,” said Handley-Hughes.
“We are committed to helping agents become even more professional and to increase their productivity and average booking values.”
