Jet2.com and Jet2holidays hosted senior figures from more than 40 tourist boards at their head office in Leeds to discuss how to "continue strengthening partnerships and attracting even more holidaymakers".
The delegates were joined for the all-day event this week by a senior team from Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, including chief executive Steve Heapy, chief customer officer Gavin Forth, chief commercial officer Adam Mulroy, sustainability and corporate affairs director David Neill and head of airports and tourism organisations Janice Mather.
The airline and tour operator delivered presentations and hosted a series of panel events designed to “foster collaboration and encourage discussion on a number of key themes”.

The panel discussions covered sustainability and anti-tourism protests, UK market trends, extending seasons and making best use of marketing budgets.
The day concluded with an inaugural ‘destination tourism awards’ ceremony with five winners receiving accolades for their ongoing partnerships with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.
