Ocean Holidays has developed a new series of webinars called The Zoe and Clare Show, created for its travel agent partners.
Hosted by the operator’s key account directors, Zoe Place and Clare Harvey, the sessions aim to “inform, inspire and support” agents in an “honest, open and light-hearted way”.
The monthly webinar series starts on July 18, discussing Florida villas.
Each session will look at Ocean Holidays’ products in detail, along with top tips, expert advice and exclusive trade updates, to boost agents’ knowledge and confidence.
The webinars will be up to 30 minutes and are pre-recorded for now, allowing agents to watch them at a time that suits them.
Special guests will include the operator’s accessibility co-ordinator, Lindsey Brumby, as well as external product experts.
Place said: “This isn’t just another sales update; we want to give agents something genuinely useful, with a bit of humour and plenty of honesty.”
Harvey added: “We’re here to listen to our agents’ requests, where over 65% said they would like to receive more regular updates from us. We aim to meet these requests, delivering what is valuable to them, in a format that’s fun, flexible and packed with value.”
Matt Rains, sales director at Ocean Holidays, commented: “The decision to launch the webinar programme is a strategic one.
“We want to connect, teach and grow with as many agents as possible in a variety of formats.
“These webinars allow us to deliver key messages directly from the experts in our business, ensuring our agent partners are informed and connected with the people behind the product, to help them sell more holidays to our core destinations.”
Before each webinar, travel agents will be invited to submit their questions in advance, allowing each session to be tailored the topics and challenges that matter most to them.
Topic announcements, how to tune in and details on how to submit questions will be shared on the Facebook group @ocean4agents and newsletters.
