Royal Caribbean has brought back charter flights from Belfast City and Glasgow International airports for passengers sailing between May and October 2026.
The direct flights to Bologna airport will be offered in partnership with British Airways for clients to more easily access sailings on Explorer of the Seas and Brilliance of the Seas from Ravenna to Greece, Italy, Croatia and The Adriatic.
Agents can add these flights to their clients’ bookings on the Royal Caribbean Airwaves platform to create a package, with flights and a seven-night sailing on Explorer leading in from £1,112.
There will also be exclusive offers for additions such as hand luggage, checked luggage, airport parking, fast-track security and discounted lounge access.
These routes will join the line’s other fly direct offerings for 2026, with allocation flights to various destinations from Glasgow, Dublin, and Manchester or free sale flights from all UK regional airports.
Royal Caribbean UK and Ireland senior sales director Aaron Langford said “We are thrilled to announce these two charter routes returning to our fly direct offering in 2026 and we continue to work closely with our partners to make unforgettable holiday experiences more accessible than ever at Royal Caribbean.
“Offering more travel options not only benefits our guests but creates a unique selling point for our dedicated travel partners when booking dream holidays for their clients."
He added: “With Legend of the Seas debuting in Barcelona next summer, it’s important we provide every opportunity for our trade community to connect their customers with our brand.”
