Royal Caribbean has added more capabilities to its Royal Genie trade tool to help agents convert more bookings.
The tool can be accessed on trade platform My Club Royal and now offers agents AI-powered selling options such as personalised digital brochures for customers.
The new ’Pitch It’ function enables agents to send tailored quotes to any customer on email, WhatsApp, or social media.
Another new feature is the ’Closing Lounge’ which gives agents an overview of every booking journey and uses AI-powered prompts to help “overcome potential barriers and close sales more confidently and more often”.
Visuals on Royal Genie now have a “bolder and brighter” look and there are “elevated” ship and port pages with videos and more assets of ’Ultimate Destinations’ and Icon Class ships.
The process for logging bookings and claiming Upper Deck Rewards has also been streamlined.

Langford said every feature has been “designed to elevate the experience for our agents and customers alike”.
