Sani/Ikos Group launches 'pioneering concierge team'

Sani/Ikos Group has launched a concierge team to provide extra assistance for guests staying in its most luxurious suites, residences and villas.

The Elite Portfolio team will ensure all aspects of the guest experience across the group’s eight properties are “tailor-made and seamlessly orchestrated”. The team will also work with agents to curate bespoke holidays and experiences.

The service will be available for guests staying in room categories of three bedrooms or more, including: Three Bedroom Grand Residences with Private Pool at Sani Asterias; Deluxe Three Bedroom Villa with Private Pool at Ikos Dassia and Deluxe Three Bedroom Residence with Private Pool at Ikos Porto Petro.

The group said the launch of the new team will help it target growth from clients usually reserved for private yachts, villas and estates.

Elite Portfolio will be managed by Foteini Chatzichristaki, who has been with the group for 10 years.

The news follows the announcement of the group’s “most expansive property to date”, which is set to open in Halkidiki in 2029.
