Holland America Line adds four more ‘Legendary Voyages’ to collection

Holland America Line has added four more ‘Legendary Voyages’ to its collection due to “popular demand”.

The line shared details of its first series of Legendary Voyages in June which it said were well received, prompting it to release four additional sailings scheduled to depart in 2025 and 2026.

Westerdam (pictured) will operate the 28-day roundtrip Glaciers and Volcanoes: Alaska to Hawaii cruise from Seattle, which calls at five ports in Alaska: Sitka, Seward, Anchorage, Kodiak and Dutch Harbor, and four ports in Hawaii: Nawiliwili, Honolulu, Kona and Hilo.

Prices start at £4,799 based on an August 31, 2025, departure and includes overnights in Anchorage and Honolulu.

The 56-day roundtrip Tales of the South Pacific itinerary on board Zaandam sails roundtrip from San Diego, calling at a total of 25 ports, including five in Hawaii, four in Fiji and seven in French Polynesia.

The sailing will include overnight stays in Honolulu and Papeete and costs from £9,159 based on a September 24, 2025, departure.

Volendam will operate the 30-day Amazon Explorer itinerary, which will depart New York City on November 21, 2025, and costs from £6,099.

Passengers will visit Saint Maarten, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and Curacao and Aruba in the Caribbean, and Macapá, Santarém, Boca Da Valeria, Manaus, Parintins and Alter de Chão in Brazil.

The final new Legendary Voyage is the 35-day Hawaii, Tahiti and Marquesas sailing on Nieuw Amsterdam which will sail roundtrip from San Diego departing on February 14, 2026.

The ship will call at five ports in Hawaii: Nawiliwili, Honolulu, Kahului, Kona and Hilo, as well as Pacific Islands Moorea, Raiatea, Pepeete, Fanning Island, Fakarava and Nuka Hiva. Prices start at £6,199.

Customers who book one of the new Legendary Voyages with the line’s Have It All package by September 30, 2024, will receive a free drinks package upgrade and premium Wi-Fi.
