The business and assets of Infinity Media Promotions, including a series of trading names, has been sold to long-haul operator Travelpack.
The London-based company traded under the names Infinity Tours – a Latin America specialist – and websites Infinitycruises.co.uk, infinitysportstravel.co.uk, infinitysportstravel.com and infinity-tours.com.
The Civil Aviation Authority reported that the firm ceased trading as an Atol holder on July 5.

Guy Hollander and Adam Harris at tax and advisory specialist Forvis Mazars were appointed as joint administrators on June 19 and the company was sold to Travelpack last week.
A statement said: “As a condition of the business sale, Travelpack has agreed to honour all existing bookings, with the same terms and conditions that were in place with the company.
“They will contact you under separate cover to confirm this and to provide relevant contact details for any queries related to your booking, including future payment requirements.
“Please note that no further payments should be made to Infinity Media Promotions.”
