Travel Counsellors is providing its home-based agents with training on social media to help build content to grow their businesses.
The aim is to enable agents grow their own digital communities through authentic, personal content while enhancing their confidence, skills and strategy in how they present themselves online, according to the company.
External social media experts School of Social has created the training for Travel Counsellors to help agents understand not just how to post online, but why sharing personal stories, engaging audiences and amplifying customer advocacy are among the most effective ways to build thriving digital communities.
The scheme caters for all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced - covering Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Participants can follow a learning path tailored to their experience and goals, with the programme featuring short, on-demand modules, optional platform-focused drop-ins, live content creation clinics at the company’s nationwide events and a monthly expert-led podcast.
Support team staff will also participate, helping them build their own social media confidence.
