Constant Travel and its homeworking arm, Personal Holiday Advisors, are eyeing growth with the appointment of Andrew Jennings as general manager.
The Leeds-based agency said Jennings has a “wealth of experience” in travel, having held senior positions at Inspire Europe, where he was head of commercial and marketing.
Before that, he was at Travel Counsellors and Gold Medal.
Jennings said: “I am pleased to be joining the Constant Travel Group and look forward to developing the retail and homeworking businesses.
“Personal Holiday Advisors offer a market-leading homeworking product which has been recognised by the travel industry.
“We have ambitious growth plans in this highly competitive market and our aim is to strive for further improvements and benefits to ensure our homeworkers can maximise their sales within a supportive environment, and in order to attract new homeworking talent to our ranks.”
He said the group currently has about 25 homeworkers and is looking to double that number in the next 18 months.
Overall, the group will have almost 40 staff once its current recruitment drive is complete.
Established more than 20 years ago, the Constant Travel Group is part of the Hays Travel Independence Group.
Jennings is taking on the GM role that has been vacant for some time.
