G Adventures and National Geographic Expeditions have revealed details of their new range of high-end trips.
The National Geographic Signature with G Adventures programme covers departures from January 2027.
The series includes 32 itineraries across 28 destinations, ranging from week-long adventures to more extensive 19-day explorations.
Routes cover southern Africa, Peru, Japan, Costa Rica, Morocco, Vietnam and new G Adventures destination Palau in the Pacific, among others.
Each trip includes ‘Signature Moments’ designed to bring National Geographic’s heritage of exploration and storytelling to life.
These include behind-the-scenes conservation experiences in Cambodia, expert-led culinary and cultural encounters in Morocco and private or early-access visits to landmark sites such as Amman’s Citadel, Costa Rica’s canopy walkways and Churchill’s Cabinet War Rooms.
Travellers will also be accompanied by National Geographic expedition leaders and experts, including photographers, conservationists, biologists, historians and archaeologists.
Every booking will support the non-profit National Geographic Society, while on-the-ground initiatives include visits to women’s weaving cooperatives in Peru, community-led culinary projects in Egypt and conservation programmes such as giant clam planting in Palau.
Accommodation is set at a premium level, from safari camps and eco-lodges to vineyard stays, riads and boutique beach retreats.
Sample itineraries include a 12‑day exploration of Peru from Machu Picchu to the Amazon, a nine‑day Palau marine conservation-focused journey, and a 10‑day China itinerary covering the Great Wall, Xi’an and the Gobi Desert with exclusive archaeological access.
G Adventures describes the initiative as “a new era of travel”, uniting its 35-year community tourism ethos with National Geographic’s 135-year legacy of science, education and exploration.
