Gatwick expects its busiest summer since pre-Covid 2019 with a network of more than 230 destinations confirmed.
A total of 62 airlines will be operating from the airport, including eight new arrivals - Jet2, AirAsia X, Condor, Air Arabia, Air France, Eurowings, Animawings and Beijing Capital Airlines.
Existing carriers are also expanding their connectivity.
Royal Air Maroc will begin serving Tetouan in Morocco twice weekly from March 29, Norwegian starts flights to Aalborg in Denmark form April 2, while Air Transat introduces a new route to the Canadian capital of Ottawa from May 15.
Meanwhile, Swiss is increasing the frequency of a Zurich service to twice-daily from March 29 and Emirates adding a fourth daily flight to Dubai earlier this month using new Airbus A350 aircraft.
Gatwick head of aviation development Jonny Macneal said: “Emirates’ fourth daily flight is a fantastic start to what will be our most exciting and varied summer season in years.
“With new airlines joining the airport, new destinations launching and major frequency increases across our network, passengers will enjoy even more choice for holidays, business trips and long-haul adventures.
“We’re proud to offer one of the UK’s most comprehensive route networks and we look forward to welcoming even more passengers this summer.”
