A new ‘manage my booking’ (MMB) menu for agents has been released by Jet2holidays to help them to self-serve.
The new functionality allows agency partners to better cost amendments, update bookings and obtain documents without having to contact the operator directly.
The company has written to agents to communicate the changes which have gone live with immediate effect.
MMB is grouped into five categories so agents can carry out actions or obtain information themselves.
The categories are:
Jet2holidays recently introduced new customer service online forms for agents to make it easier for them to share customer feedback without having to rely on email.
Travel agent relationships director Alan Cross said: “Our agency partners tell us how much they value the self-serve options that we have in place for them, because they save time and help partners work much more efficiently.
“We always want to make our service even better, which is why we work so hard to understand what will benefit them and then implement it.
“These self-serve improvements have been made in line with agent feedback, so we know they will benefit our agency partners enormously.”
