Virgin Atlantic has unveiled a new training portal called The Hangar, built to boost agents’ knowledge and enable them to earn more rewards.
The Hangar is part of the Sky High Club, the airline’s training and rewards platform for its travel trade partners.
The carrier described The Hangar is a “one-stop hub”, with details about Virgin Atlantic cabin classes, codeshares, route network, joint venture with Delta Air Lines and other partnerships.
The Hangar features bite-sized modules which enable agents to dip in and out of training – and completing modules means agents can earn Sky High Points redeemable on flights and lifestyle rewards.
If agents complete three training modules by September 30, they will be entered into a £250 Sky High Points prize draw.
The new portal will also be more rewarding than ever before with more perks, points and recognition, ranging from exclusive lunches to award invites.
Nikki Goldsmith, global agency sales director at Virgin Atlantic, said: “We’re incredibly proud to launch our new training portal for Sky High Club members – a space designed to inspire, upskill and empower our agent community to reach even greater heights.
“At Virgin Atlantic, we believe in investing in our travel trade partners, and this platform is a step forward in ensuring they have the tools and confidence to deliver brilliantly unique experiences to their customers every day.”
