The appointments follow the promotion of head of business development Mark Smith to managing director at the company, founded 15 years ago.

“I’m excited to support the company’s vision and help shape the future of luxury and corporate travel.”
Fellow new non-executive director Pinchard has worked in chief commercial roles at Yotel, Freehand and Generator Hotels and in global sales leadership positions at Radisson, InterContinental and Hilton Hotel Groups.
He said: “I look forward to helping guide its [Simplexity’s] continued commercial success.”
Commenting on the appointments, Smith said: “Bringing Danny and Edward on to the board – alongside the valued ongoing contribution of Paul – is a significant milestone as we celebrate our 15th anniversary and refine our strategy for long-term growth.
“Each brings unique insight and deep sector knowledge that will be vital as we continue to evolve and scale our services.”
