Villa specialist Oliver’s Travels has bought holiday rental agency Pure France in its largest acquisition to date, while promising further deals in the future.
The deal adds more than 330 holiday homes to the operator’s portfolio, bringing the portfolio in France alone to more than 1,600.
Oliver’s Travels co-founder Oliver Bell said: “This partnership not only reinforces our commitment to France but also represents another important milestone in building a portfolio with trusted specialists who truly know their destinations.”
The deal is the latest in a series of transactions, following the acquisition last year of Menorca Private Owners as well as Homes & Provence and Charming Houses.
The operator said more acquisitions would come in the future, adding it was “actively looking to acquire new businesses”.
Pure France co-founder Hugh Atkins said he was “thrilled” about working with Oliver’s Travels.
“This combination will bring together decades of expertise, a wider selection of exclusive properties and an even greater commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences,” he said.
“Together, we’ll set a new benchmark for high quality, self-catering holiday rentals in France.”
Oliver’s Travels was founded in 2003 by Bell and Ravi Sabharwal.
