Tailor-made specialist agency Travelbag has appointed Michelle Amor as head of marketing.
The agency said she brings “a wealth of experience and knowledge” to the role, with more than 25 years of experience.
Her previous role was marketing and e-commerce director for LloydsPharmacy, and she has also worked in marketing and e-commerce roles with brands such as Tui, P&O Ferries, Skiworld and Newmarket Holidays.
Amor has taken on the head of marketing role from Nicola Richardson, who was previously promoted to managing director.
Richardson, Travelbag’s managing director, said: “Her expertise and passion will be invaluable as we continue to grow our vibrant brand and stand out in a competitive market, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
“We’re excited for the fresh ideas and energy she’ll bring to the team."
Amor said: “I’m excited to step into the role of head of marketing at Travelbag and look forward to working closely with the talented team here.
