P&O Cruises has confirmed Maleth Aero will not be an airline partner for its 2024-25 Caribbean season.
The line said it will partner with Tui Airways, Norse Atlantic Airways and Virgin Atlantic for flights to the region where Britannia (pictured) and Arvia will homeport.
Between November 2024 and March 2025, Norse Atlantic will operate a weekly Friday flight from Manchester to Barbados. It will also operate Saturday flights from Gatwick to Antigua and Manchester to Barbados on alternating weeks.

Tui Airways will operate Friday and Saturday flights to Barbados from Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester as well as regional flights from Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Bristol, Bournemouth, Glasgow and Newcastle on select dates.
Virgin Atlantic will operate a whole plane charter to from Heathrow to Barbados every 14 days.
All flights will include inflight entertainment across all cabin classes and premium seating options, neither of which were offered on Maleth Aero, the line’s airline partner for the 2023-24 season.
P&O Cruises admitted there were “lessons to be learnt” in how it communicates with agents after receiving complaints about the service.

“This will ensure our guests have a consistent inflight experience aligned across all three airlines matching the high quality standard they would expect from P&O Cruises.
“The Caribbean is, and always has been, a dream destination and our newly refitted flagship Britannia and newest Excel-class ship Arvia will once again be based in Barbados offering itineraries to spectacularly beautiful islands in the region.”
