Ambassador Cruise Line has hosted 37 agents on an “Extreme Day Trip” to Palma de Mallorca.
The travel partners won their spots on the trip through a booking incentive where they had to book any Ambassador fly-cruise or no-fly ex-UK sailing between August 8 and 15 to be entered into a draw.
Winning agents came from Cruise Kings, Iglu, Hays Travel, InteleTravel, Tui, Midcounties Co-op, Barrhead Travel, OTT, Cruise Circle, Travel Counsellors, Fred Olsen, Go Cruise and Travel, Cruise 118, Protected Trust Services and The Good Travel Company.
The group visited the line’s latest addition to the fleet, Renaissance, ahead of its inaugural Caribbean season which will offer 10 fly-cruise sailings.
Agents flew from London Stansted with Ambassador’s interim head of trade Karen Cameron, from Manchester with business development executive for the North Midlands Natalie Hurst and from Bristol with business development executive for the south west Jade Cheadle, to join the ship in Palma.
Upon arrival at the cruise terminal, everyone was welcomed on board with a cocktail reception, ship tour and Caribbean-themed lunch in the ship’s Creole restaurant.
The line covered flights and overseas transfers and offered a trade presentation and special goody bag to all agents.
This comes as the the brand launch an incentive offering £10 deposits between October 1 and 10.
Agents can book no-fly cruises for the lower deposit amount departing from January 2026 through to 2028, excluding festive events and charters.

“We know that Extreme Day Trips are extremely popular on TikTok and social media, so we thought let’s jump on this trend and immerse our agents in the Mediterranean sunshine on board Renaissance.”
