Strikes at Bournemouth airport have been cancelled to allow workers to vote on a new pay offer.
Action by about 80 members of trade union Unite had been due to take place tomorrow (September 30), followed by October 1, October 16 and October 17.
Unite said the walk-outs had been called off after negotiations between the union and the airport resulted in an improved pay offer.
Unite regional officer Janet Wall said: “Strike action would have caused a lot of disruption to flights – but this has now been called off to allow members to have the opportunity to vote on whether to accept the new deal.”
The workers involved include baggage handlers, check-in staff and flight dispatchers.
Fire service staff had previously accepted an improved pay offer.
