Clarissa Friend switches from TTNG to Not Just Travel

Clarissa Friend has joined Not Just Travel from The Travel Network Group as business development manager as part of continued expansion of its support team.

 

Friend brings nearly 11 years of travel industry experience to the role at the homeworking firm, having spent the past eight years at TTNG where she specialised in supporting independent agents. 

 

She previously worked for three years at Inghams in ski reservations and agency sales.

 

Friend will be part of Not Just Travel’s academy programme, which offers enhanced structured support to help travel consultants progress to Platinum status, equating to more than £20,000 in commission. 

 

She said: "I became quite good friends with independent agents during my time visiting stores and providing support. 

 

"You form real relationships and connections, and they ask for you specifically because you understand how they work. 

 

“I’m looking forward to bringing that same personalised approach to supporting Not Just Travel’s consultants.

 

"I love the relationship side of things and helping consultants to move their businesses up the NJT sales ladder is something I’m really excited about. 

 

"The recognition as their business grows and celebrating those achievements together is going to be fantastic. The support tools and Not Just Travel’s bespoke reporting dashboard are amazing - I’ve never seen such accessible, useful data before."
