Windstar Cruises has shared a first look of its new ship, Star Seeker, which is due to launch in January 2026.
The 224-guest ship, currently under construction in Portugal, will have 112 suites with 102 featuring a private veranda or floor-to-ceiling infinity window.
There will be five dining options, a spa, fitness facility and a watersports platform that will allow passengers direct access to the sea from the ship.

Windstar to deploy new ship in Alaska and Japan in 2026
Windstar will offer 12 different accommodation types, including two Horizon Owner’s Suites – a new suite category for the line – which can be combined with adjacent suites for more space and multi-generational families.
There are no interior cabins, as with all Windstar ships.
Stijn Creupelandt, Windstar Cruises vice-president of hotel operations, said: “Guests aboard Star Seeker will experience a sense of tranquillity in their suites; they are designed to be an oasis for relaxation.”
Star Seeker’s maiden voyage will be a transatlantic sailing in early January, from Malaga to Miami, before its christening takes place at the US port.
It will then operate Caribbean cruises before travelling up America’s West Coast for a summer season in Alaska.
Following that, it will continue to Japan and southeast Asia.
Windstar will launch another sister ship, Star Explorer, in December 2026.
