
Inspire is preparing its agent network for the peaks season with a “significant investment” in training.
A comprehensive four-week programme entitled ‘Ethical Persuasion in Sales’ is at the heart of the initiative.
The sessions are designed to equip Inspire homeworkers with advanced techniques in psychology, communication and confidence-building.

Inspire has also partnered with Abta to deliver bespoke training across its broader network in mid-October to ensure “maximum compliance” across all its agents.
The company has introduced dedicated AI support sessions to help agents harness emerging technology while maintaining ethical standards.
Chief executive Lisa Henning, who outlined the plans at the group’s conference in Majorca, said: “This significant investment reflects our commitment to our team of Independent Travel Associates and their customers.
"By equipping our homeworkers with world-class skills in ethical persuasion and emerging technology, we’re ensuring they can deliver exceptional service while building genuine, trust-based relationships with customers.”
Fifty agents attending have been invited based on their performance and engagement with suppliers.
