MSC Cruises is introducing Alaska fly-cruise packages for summer 2026.
Seven-night cruises on the 2,550-passenger MSC Poesia are being combined with Virgin Atlantic flights from Heathrow to Seattle and a two-night pre-cruise stay.
Prices start at £1,899 per person based on weekly seven-night sailings between May 11 and September next year.
The cruise itinerary includes destinations such as Ketchikan, Icy Strait Hoonah, Tracy Arm, Juneau and Victoria.
A Seattle city pass is included, providing entry to attractions such as the Space Needle and Seattle Aquarium.
International sales vice president Antonio Paradiso said: “By introducing new fly and cruise packages to Alaska, we’re further extending our global offering and allowing our guests to experience this must-see region.
“Alaska has long been on the bucket list for many of our guests, and now we’ve made it easier than ever to explore its breathtaking beauty. We expect demand to be high, so we encourage our trade partners and guests to book early.”
He added: “This launch also presents an excellent opportunity for our valued travel agent partners to offer something truly unique to their clients, with the added advantage of a complete, hassle-free package that’s highly compelling and delivers exceptional value.”
Meanwhile, Princess Cruises has released Alaska cruise and tour itineraries for 2027 which go on sale today (Tuesday).
The line will deploy eight ships in the region offering 187 departures across 17 itineraries from Seattle, Vancouver, Anchorage (Whittier), San Francisco and Los Angeles.
New ship Star Princess is to return for its second season in the region, with seven-night Inside Passage cruises from Seattle.
