Riviera key account manager adds long-haul champion responsibilities 

Lloyd Morris has become long-haul champion at Riviera Travel as the operator reinforces its focus on the sector as a major growth area.

 

He takes on the additional responsibility as part of his key account manager role, supporting head of long-haul Christian Locke.

 

Morris will lead Riviera’s long haul touring across the trade team to ensure alignment, share insight, and drive activity that supports growth, according to the operator.  

 

As primary point of contact for all long haul-related questions, he will lead weekly updates during Monday trading calls, bringing focus to key offers and areas of opportunity. 

 

He will also host a monthly long-haul review session in collaboration with the product team to share market intelligence, product updates and new sales opportunities.  

 

Morris will represent the trade team in long haul focus groups with Locke, chief executive Phil Hullah and product director Will Sarson.
