Riviera Travel has attracted more than 3,620 active users to its dedicated online training hub for travel agents as fam trip winners were announced.
More than 12,300 training modules have also been completed via the Riviera Explorer platform.
A ‘primed for peaks’ training module is set to be introduced to equip agents with key insights, tips, and resources ahead of the busy booking season.
Riva AI, a 24/7 digital assistant, is due to go live on November 12 to provide instant access to Riviera’s product, marketing material and sales tools.
UK head of trade Amanda Docherty said: “Riviera Explorer is the ultimate one-stop shop for our fabulous trade partners.
“With everything from product training and downloadable agent resources to the latest news and agent incentives like The Riviera
Vault, we’re committed to supporting agents in a way that’s both practical and rewarding.
“The engagement we’ve seen so far has been great and we’re excited to see Riviera Explorer continue to grow.”
The Riviera Vault incentive has run twice this year, an instant-win rewards scheme giving agents prizes for registering bookings.
More than 800 agents took part, with almost 1,400 bookings logged for prizes during the campaigns.
The most recent Vault closed on October 6, with top prizes of a holiday for two to Sri Lanka, a holiday for two to Morocco and a festive river cruise for two.
The winners of places on 2026 fam trips are: Conor Watts, Miles Morgan Travel, Wells; Sian Waddington, Hays Travel, Nantwich; Owen Leah, Hays Travel, Darlington; Libby Gray, Hays Travel, Teesside; Kelly Ford, Hays Travel, Nantwich; Liz Vann, Independent Agents UK; and Daniel Pule, Hays Travel, Brentwood.
