Star Clippers releases new Rail & Sail brochure with more packages

Star Clippers has launched its second brochure with rail and sail itineraries, with 55% more packages than the debut last year.

The 23-page publication features Mediterranean and Caribbean sailings combined with pre and post rail and land packages “to suit all budgets”.

The ‘Puglia & Rome: A Trulli Unforgettable Journey’ itinerary departs on September 10, 2027, leads in from £3,349.

The itinerary combines a three-night stay in Bari, first-class train ride to Rome, two nights in Rome and a three-night taster cruise on Star Clipper with ports of call in Bastia in Corsica and Portoferraio in Elba.

The 21-night ‘Paris Stay & Venice Simplon-Orient-Express to Istanbul with Aegean Sailing’, leaves on May 29, 2027, starting from £27,499.

The package includes two nights in Paris, five nights aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express including stays in Budapest and Bucharest, two nights in Istanbul, two nights in Antalya and a 10-night sailing on Star Flyer sailing from Antalya to Istanbul, visiting Kekova (Turkey) and Symi, Kastellorizo and Patmos (Greece).

Another package is the ‘Machu Picchu and Aruba to Grenada Sail’ on January 18, 2027, costing from £10,599.

In addition there is a no-fly option of ‘Aix-en-Provence Stay & Ligurian Sea Sai0’l on Royal Clipper which leaves on April 27, 2027 and starts from £4,299.
