Top Villas has introduced a revamped training hub for travel agents, with the platform intended to help maximise trade sales during peaks.
The resource features a range of video content, including destination guides, villa showcase films and practical ‘how to sell villas’ tutorials.
Top Villas general manager Ed Frampton-Fell said: “We’ve invested a great deal of time, effort and resource into ensuring our travel agent partners are fully supported. This enhanced training hub is another key element of our trade portfolio, designed to give agents everything they need to prepare for peaks and an exciting year ahead in 2026.”
As part of the company’s investment in the trade, it has created a travel trade support department led by Rachel Bramley.
“We’re committed to giving our trade partners the tools, training and backing to succeed,” said Frampton-Fell.
“The investment we’ve made in our agent support, learning resources and wider trade infrastructure reflects our long-term commitment to the travel trade and to helping our partners make 2026 their strongest year yet.”
The new training hub has been designed to make training “simple, engaging and accessible”, according to Top Villas, with the ambition of boosting agents’ confidence and enabling them to convert more villa sales.
Top Villas has also become a member of Abta, which Frampton-Fell described as a “huge step forward” for the company.
“We couldn’t be more pleased to join and to continue offering exceptional experiences with the added security and support that Abta membership provides,” he added.
