The Civil Aviation Authority has confirmed the failure of two Atol holders on Thursday.
Travel Inspired, based in Crieff, Scotland, traded under the names Conor Campbell Travel, Holiday Hunter UK, KS Travel Services and Race Weekend Breaks and the websites www.ConorCampbellTravel.co.uk and www.raceweekendbreaks.com.
Warrington-based Florida Direct also ceased trading as an Atol holder.
The firm traded under the names USA Direct and website www.usa-direct.co.uk.
Both companies were licensed under a franchise arrangement with Protected Trust Services (PTS).
PTS terminated the membership of Travel Inspired last month.
However, consumers with forward bookings have been advised by the CAA to contact PTS by email to emma.collis@protectedtrustservices.com.
