Celestyal Cruises appoints trade marketing executive

Celestyal Cruises has appointed Sebastien Pelisse to the newly-created role of trade marketing executive.

Pelisse previously worked as international marketing activation and event executive for Virgin Voyages, before which he was cabin crew for easyJet and British Airways.

In his new role, Pelisse has been tasked with engaging with the trade to deliver events and raise awareness of the Celestyal brand, product, fleet, destinations, service and offers. He will report into Anna Gregori, vice-president of brand, marketing, communications and customer journey.

Pelisse’s appointment brings Celestyal’s trade team to a total of 11, with further recruitment planned.

“I am ecstatic to be joining Celestyal and contributing to their global brand development,” said Pelisse.

“Within this role I aim to support, educate and collaborate with the trade as Celestyal continues its exciting growth.

“I am looking forward to bringing my broad network of contacts, knowledge of global markets and cultures as well as travel knowledge to help Celestyal continue to become a significant force within the cruise sector.”
