Holland America Line has reported its best sales week since 2019 just days after it claimed record bookings for a single day.

“Not only is it encouraging for the whole industry but also for Holland America Line in the UK.
“The record-breaking sales are a result of a continued growth in demand for Holland America Line’s unforgettable itineraries and the high level of service we offer on premium mid-size ships.

Meanwhile, HAL has added a 42-day return transatlantic sailing from Fort Lauderdale in Florida for next year
Volendam will depart on November 9, 2024 on the extended voyage to Portugal, Morocco, Italy, Greece, Israel, Egypt, Tunisia, Gibraltar and Spain, featuring 16 different ports.
Chief commercial officer Beth Bodensteiner said: “Holland America Line was one of the first companies to feature cruise vacations that went beyond a transatlantic crossing, and today we’re continuing to innovate our itineraries by offering memorable voyages like this ultimate Mediterranean and Atlantic passage sailing.
“Since introducing this new ‘Legendary’ category of cruises that offer an in-depth focus on one region, they’ve been very popular.
“We’re excited to add a longer voyage that makes it easy to explore the Med in depth without a long-haul flight.”
