Ramble Worldwide adds 75 new tours for 2024

Ramble Worldwide has added 75 new tours for 2024, grouped into four distinct collections: Classic, Discover, Adagio and Self-Guided.

The categories were created in November when Ramblers Walking Holidays rebranded to Ramble Worldwide.

The Classic section features the operator’s traditional holidays with daily walks, with new options including the five-night Exploring the Welsh Marches holiday.

This half-board break costs from £869 and features Offa’s Dyke and other long-distance footpaths along the England-Wales border.

Discover tours offer cultural experiences, including city breaks and long-haul trips to destinations across Europe, Asia and South America.

New in this category is the 15-night Ecuador And The Galapagos Islands tour, from £6,699, including flights and half-board accommodation.

It features Otavalo Market, described as “the best place in Ecuador for indigenous crafts”; the Corridor of Volcanoes;, and wildlife spotting on three Galapagos islands.

The Adagio range offers more relaxed, shorter walks with cultural and sightseeing excursions aimed at older clients.

New tours include North Devon’s Gardens – from £799 for five nights – and Italy’s Prosecco Hills, from £2,239 for seven nights.

The Self-Guided category features independent, non-guided walking trips in five European countries and the UK. Accommodation, route planning and baggage handling are organised in advance.

New options include a seven-night Greek island-hopping itinerary called Hydra and Poros –The Treasures of the Saronic Gulf. It costs from £949, including ferries but not flights.

The programme also features popular wellness breaks such as the Women’s Activity Week, Yoga & Walking in the Lake District and Restore Reflect and Recharge in the Mountains.

Overall, the operator features more than 300 itineraries across six continents.
