
Travelpack has launched a cruise directory to be “the ultimate reference for agents” within its new platform, Onboard with Travelpack.
The directory is intended to offer a single source of information on a range of cruise partners to enable agents to “confidently sell the correct cruise to the correct client”.
It will detail each line’s unique selling points, passenger demographics, destinations and inclusions.
To gain access to the tool, agents will need to join the private Facebook group “Onboard with Travelpack – Agents”.
Travelpack will also run an expedition fam trip in partnership with Lindblad Expeditions, with more details will be announced soon on the Facebook group.
Cruise director Emma Sanger-Horwell said: "In an increasingly complex and fragmented market, I was feeling a bit nostalgic for the good old days of travel.
“I found myself thinking about the old ’gazetteers’ – those fantastic, all-in-one guides that were so vital to agents back in the day.
“Our goal was to create a modern equivalent of that format: a powerful, comprehensive tool that is easy to navigate, with all the essential information in one place.”
She added: “The Cruise Directory is our answer, designed for agents who have been wanting a simple, yet extensive, way to educate themselves on the industry."
