The highly popular training programme is back, offering cruise novices the ideal way to gen up
Returning for its third consecutive year in partnership with Travel Weekly, the Celebrity Cruises for Beginners training programme is back bigger and better than ever. Aimed at frontline agents who are either new to the travel industry or to selling Celebrity Cruises, this programme will give cruising newbies the tools they need to confidently sell the Celebrity Cruises brand and offering.
Running until September 16, agents who sign up to the programme will gain exclusive access to a series of live monthly virtual masterclasses led by Celebrity Cruises’ training manager Leon Hand, as well as informative e-newsletters, opportunities to register an interest in ship visits and prize giveaways.

The programme has got off to a great start with April’s webinar, which covered the essentials of the company’s trade portal Celebrity Central, and the May masterclass hosted in partnership with Travel Weekly, which educated agents on Celebrity Cruises’ unique selling points and its DNA. Don’t worry – even if you didn’t manage to catch those two, by signing up to the training programme you’ll gain access to all previous masterclasses to view in your own time.
Plus, if you attend the first four virtual masterclasses or one in-person training day and complete the Beginners Training Programme on Celebrity Central, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a place on a Seminar at Sea on board Celebrity Cruises’ cutting-edge ship Celebrity Apex. If you have already completed the Celebrity Cruises for Beginners programme over the last couple of years while it’s been run in partnership with Travel Weekly, then there’s good news: Celebrity Cruises has also launched its own Graduates series of virtual seminars to help further your knowledge even more.
