Lindblad Expeditions has expanded its partnership with Approach Guides to create a co-branded “personalised, conversion-optimised website” for agents along with other trade sales tools.
The new website allows agents to share any National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions webpage with clients with real-time pricing, availability, customised content experiences and personalisation which ensures all leads are sent directly and privately to them, rather than being encouraged to book directly.
The expedition specialist has published a YouTube webinar for agents to see how they can use the new developments.
Lindblad Expeditions senior vice-president of sales Kathi Riddle said: “Our website is one of our most powerful sales tools, and our expanded partnership with Approach Guides will allow travel advisors to harness its power while helping them grow their business.
“Advisors can now share any page from our website with clients to showcase our industry-leading expeditions while ensuring all leads will come back directly to the advisor.”
Approach Guides co-founder and chief executive David Raezer claimed it as “a gamechanger”.
