Holland America Line adds another four Legendary Voyages for 2025-26

Holland America Line has added another four Legendary Voyages to its 2025-26 collection, bringing the total to 12.

The first four sailings in the collection were announced in June, with four more added in December due to “popular demand”, the line said.

HAL also revealed that bookings taken on January 16 topped the previous record from July 11, 2023, by 18%, making it the biggest sales day in the 150-year history of the line.

Now, the line has released an additional four itineraries ranging from 27 to 45 days in length.

The 45-day Ultimate Mediterranean and Atlantic cruise will sail roundtrip from New York and visit 20 ports in Portugal, Spain, UK, Italy, Algeria, Tunisia, Malta, Greece, Turkey and Egypt with overnights in Civitavecchia (Rome), Istanbul and Alexandria (Cairo).

The sailing on Volendam will depart on October 7, 2025, and is a recreation of a Holland America Line itinerary operated in 1925 and will mark the 100-year anniversary of the voyage.

Sailing from Seattle to Sydney, the line’s 27-day South Pacific Crossing cruise on Noordam will depart on October 12, 2025, and call at nine ports in total, including four in Fiji. The itinerary also features an overnight in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Holland America Line is also operating a 36-day version of the South Pacific Crossing itinerary on Noordam departing on March 15, 2026, which will sail from Sydney to Seattle will call at 17 ports in New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Tonga, Tahiti, the Cook Islands and Hawaii, with overnight stays at Papeete, Tahiti; and Honolulu. Prices start at £5,899.

The final new Legendary Voyage is the 28-day Islands of the South Pacific cruise on Noordam which will depart Sydney on January 4, 2026, on its journey to Auckland. Passengers will call at 20 ports including Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Vanatu, Fiji and Tonga, plus four in Queensland. The lead-in price is £5,209.
