InteleTravel will hold its annual conference in Sorrento next year.
The homeworking agency revealed the host city for 2024 during last week’s conference in Malaga, attended by around 400 agents and suppliers.
InteleTravel’s managing director for the UK and Ireland, Tricia Handley-Hughes, described Italy as a “great country”.

She added: “It’s a country we haven’t visited before and for us it’s really essential that our agents experience as many countries as they can so, where we can, we try to take our agents around Europe.”
InteleTravel president and co-founder James Ferrara said: “Italy is a wildly popular destination and there’s a strong preference among InteleTravel agents for a warm weather climate with a bit of sun.”
InteleTravel, which arrived in the UK five years ago, held its first conference in Glasgow in 2019.
The event went virtual during Covid, before heading to Valencia in 2021 and Belfast last year.
