Jet2holidays adds three destinations and brings back Pula

Jet2holidays has unveiled four additional summer destinations, with Symi, ‘Athens Coast’, Porto and Croatia’s Pula now in the operator’s programme.

Trips to Symi – north of Rhodes – and Athens Coast will begin in summer 2024, while Porto and Pula have been put on sale for summer 2025.

Pula had previously been among Jet2holidays destinations, but it was dropped after the pandemic.

Jet2holidays reports increase in booking value through agents

Jet2 chief executive Steve Heapy said the additional destinations represent a “significant expansion” of the operator’s portfolio, adding: “This growth is only possible thanks to the loyalty of customers and independent travel agents.”

Athens Coast, reached after a transfer from Athens airport, will give access to eight resorts – Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Lagonissi, Anavyssos, Sounio, Vravrona, Mati and Marathon.

Flights for the Athens Coast package will be offered from Birmingham, Manchester and Stansted between May 2 and October 31.

Trips to Symi will operate from 11 UK airports, with travellers staying in Rhodes for the first night of their holiday before completing the 1.5-hour sailing to Symi. Flights, departing between April and October, will depart from Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle.

Jet2holidays now has more than 100 routes on sale to 14 Greek airports, with 19 holiday regions available.

Trips to Porto through Jet2CityBreaks will have flights from Birmingham and Manchester from March 27, 2025, until November 9, 2025. Up to two services a week will run from both, with flights to be operated on Thursdays and Sundays.

Packages to Pula on the Istrian Coast will operate from Birmingham, Manchester and Stansted, giving access to more than 30 hotels across seven resorts – Porec, Rovinj, Umag, Novigrad, Pula, Medulin, Vrsar and Rabac.

Hailing the additional summer destinations, Heapy said: “We know they will be extremely popular based on what we have heard from customers and independent travel agents.”

The news was announced during Jet2holidays’ annual VIP conference for independent agents.
